Spring Rural Romp

The first ever Spring Rural Romp was a great success. Hundreds of people came out to enjoy this taste~real experience and make the local food connection.

18 farms, markets and nurseries opened their door to welcome the public on this self guided tour. Participants could savour delicious local food, fill their baskets with fresh local products, seedlings and plants for the garden, visit with farm animals and take a tour through working farms to witness the begining of the growing season.
